Do the products come with a warranty?

While this depends on the product itself, most appliances and many other products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (registration of the product may be required by some manufacturers) and well as a 30-day guarantee from Northside Home Supply. If something isn’t quite right within 30-days, we’ll replace or return it. After the 30-day period is over, you may be required to contact the manufacturer for further warranty information.

How are the prices so low?

Northside Home Supply is able to offer outstanding deals on name brand products due to our partner ships with large retail stores. We are able to offer overstock, scratch and dent, and display model products with full manufacturer warranties on name brand products and more because of these contracts.

What if I am unsatisfied?

At Northside Home Supply, we try to make things as simple for the customer as possible. For most products, if something isn’t right with 30-days, we’ll take it back or exchange it.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, but it depends on the location. For most appliances and some larger building materials we offer delivery within 30-minutes of Northside home Supple (200 N Main St, Danville, VA 24540).
